Interim Provisions on Administrative Sanctions for Violations of the Management of Administrative and Institutional Fees and Penalty Income under the Separate Revenue and Expenditure System

违反行政事业性收费和罚没收入收支两条线管理规定行政处分暂行规定

This regulation specifies administrative sanctions for state civil servants and staff of authorized institutions who violate the separate revenue and expenditure management rules for administrative and institutional fees and penalty income.

为了严肃财经纪律,加强廉政建设,落实行政事业性收费和罚没收入“收支两条线”管理,促进依法行政,根据法律、行政法规和国家有关规定,制定本规定。
