• Current registration status and incorporation date.
• Legal representative and registered address.
• Business scope, industry, website and region where available.

Why similar names cause errors

An English name may be a brand, a trading style or an informal translation. It is not a unique Chinese registration identifier. Subsidiaries and affiliated companies can also share brands while remaining separate legal entities. Match the code and Chinese name before relying on any wider record.

What registration cannot establish

• A report presents retrieved company records and faithful translations. It does not assign a risk score, recommend a transaction or certify that a company is safe.
• A company registration check does not verify ownership of a bank account. Match the beneficiary name independently with your bank, payment provider or the supplier's bank documentation.
• Where a category contains many entries, the delivered report includes the 20 most recent records available at generation time and labels that limit clearly.
