This regulation governs the establishment, management, and operation of military food and water supply stations to ensure food and water supply for troops during peacetime and wartime transit.

本办法自发布之日起施行。一九六五年四月七日国务院批转总参谋部、内务部制定的《军用饮食供应站、供水站组织管理暂行办法》同时废止。

These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Interim Measures for the Organization and Management of Military Food Supply Stations and Water Supply Stations approved by the State Council on April 7, 1965 and formulated by the General Staff Department and the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be repealed simultaneously.
