根据《中华人民共和国消防救援衔条例》的规定，制定本办法。
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Fire Rescue Ranks.
消防救援人员佩带的消防救援衔标志必须与所授予的消防救援衔相符。
The fire rescue rank insignia worn by fire rescue personnel must correspond to the fire rescue rank conferred.
消防救援人员的消防救援衔标志：总监、副总监、助理总监衔标志由金黄色橄榄枝环绕金黄色徽标组成，徽标由五角星、雄鹰翅膀、消防斧和消防水带构成；指挥长、指挥员衔标志由金黄色横杠和金黄色六角星花组成；高级消防员、中级消防员和初级消防员中的三级消防士、四级消防士衔标志由金黄色横杠和金黄色徽标组成，徽标由交叉斧头、水枪、紧握手腕和雄鹰翅膀构成，预备消防士衔标志为金黄色横杠。
The fire rescue rank insignia for fire rescue personnel: The insignia for Chief Director, Deputy Chief Director, and Assistant Chief Director consist of a golden olive branch surrounding a golden emblem, which is composed of a five-pointed star, eagle wings, a fire axe, and a fire hose; the insignia for Commanders and Officers consist of golden horizontal bars and golden six-pointed star flowers; the insignia for Senior Firefighters, Intermediate Firefighters, and Junior Firefighters (Level 3 and Level 4 Firefighters) consist of golden horizontal bars and a golden emblem composed of crossed axes, a water nozzle, a clenched wrist, and eagle wings; the insignia for Probationary Firefighters consists of a golden horizontal bar.
消防救援衔标志佩带在肩章和领章上，肩章分为硬肩章、软肩章和套式肩章，硬肩章、软肩章为剑形，套式肩章、领章为四边形；肩章、领章版面为深火焰蓝色。消防救援人员着春秋常服、冬常服和常服大衣时，佩带硬肩章；着夏常服、棉大衣和作训大衣时，管理指挥人员、专业技术人员佩带软肩章，消防员佩带套式肩章；着作训服时，佩带领章。
Fire rescue rank insignia are worn on shoulder boards and collar tabs. Shoulder boards are divided into hard shoulder boards, soft shoulder boards, and loop-type shoulder boards. Hard and soft shoulder boards are sword-shaped; loop-type shoulder boards and collar tabs are quadrilateral. The background color of shoulder boards and collar tabs is deep flame blue. When wearing spring/autumn service uniforms, winter service uniforms, and service overcoats, fire rescue personnel wear hard shoulder boards. When wearing summer service uniforms, cotton overcoats, and training overcoats, management command personnel and professional technical personnel wear soft shoulder boards, while firefighters wear loop-type shoulder boards. When wearing training uniforms, they wear collar tabs.

高级消防员衔标志缀钉一枚徽标，一级消防长衔标志缀钉三粗一细四道横杠，二级消防长衔标志缀钉三道粗横杠，三级消防长衔标志缀钉二粗一细三道横杠。
The insignia for Senior Firefighters features one emblem. The insignia for First-Level Senior Firefighter features four horizontal bars (three thick and one thin); the insignia for Second-Level Senior Firefighter features three thick horizontal bars; the insignia for Third-Level Senior Firefighter features three horizontal bars (two thick and one thin).
中级消防员衔标志缀钉一枚徽标，一级消防士衔标志缀钉二道粗横杠，二级消防士衔标志缀钉一粗一细二道横杠。
The insignia for Intermediate Firefighters features one emblem. The insignia for First-Level Firefighter features two thick horizontal bars; the insignia for Second-Level Firefighter features two horizontal bars (one thick and one thin).
初级消防员衔标志中，三级消防士衔标志缀钉一枚徽标和一道粗横杠，四级消防士衔标志缀钉一枚徽标和一道细横杠，预备消防士衔标志缀钉一道加粗横杠。
Among Junior Firefighters, the insignia for Third-Level Firefighter features one emblem and one thick horizontal bar; the insignia for Fourth-Level Firefighter features one emblem and one thin horizontal bar; the insignia for Probationary Firefighter features one extra-thick horizontal bar.
消防救援人员晋升或者降低消防救援衔时，由批准机关更换其消防救援衔标志；取消消防救援衔的，由批准机关收回其消防救援衔标志。
When a fire rescue personnel is promoted or demoted in rank, the approving authority shall replace their fire rescue rank insignia; when the fire rescue rank is revoked, the approving authority shall retrieve their fire rescue rank insignia.
消防救援人员的消防救援衔标志由国务院应急管理部门负责制作和管理。其他单位和个人不得制作、仿造、伪造、变造和买卖、使用消防救援衔标志，也不得使用与消防救援衔标志相类似的标志。
The fire rescue rank insignia of fire rescue personnel shall be produced and managed by the emergency management department of the State Council. No other unit or individual may produce, imitate, forge, alter, buy, sell, or use fire rescue rank insignia, nor use insignia similar to fire rescue rank insignia.
本办法自公布之日起施行。
These Measures shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
